In the Heat of the Summer…

Hello everyone! hope you’re all doing great – I apologize for my lack of being able to competently keep a blog up to date, but hey, once a month is pretty good for me, you should see my personal one, I haven’t updated since before Katarina was born. Things are plugging along here, as usualy, the hot weather does slow our knitting craze a bit. I wanted to update you all that starting Monday the 23rd our new schedule for Mondays will be 2pm – 9pm and we will be closed on Wednesdays for the summer.

New Dale books have arrived today by autoship – very nice and sophisticated patterns, Jo Sharp Book 3 has also arrived and the Skacel Needles will arrive tomorrow with needles, so if you’re waiting on a size, get on in here and check them out.

As Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Baby surprise jacket was such a hit, we now have in stock the Adult version of the surprise jacket and a knit-a-long has been proposed – any recommendations of days and times you all would be interested in?

Also coming up, Stitch and Pitch takes place July 24th – anyone planning on going and interested in Carpooling? I know there are a few of you and if we could all get together it’ll be fun!

Looking ahead to September, we are looking at possible carpools/buses, group transportation to TKGA in Oakland, anyone planning on going and interested in a ride?let me know!
